sunny beaches of the Costa Tropical and thirty minutes from the
beautiful city of Granada (home to the Alhambra Palace) offers plenty
for both skiers and non skiers alike. Where else can you ski in the
morning and then lunch on the beach? As host to the World
Championships in 1996 the resort’s high tech installations and well
groomed slopes offer a wide variety of challenges for beginners to
experts.
The village also offers some of the best and most lively après ski to be
found anywhere in Europe… A wide variety of restaurants offering a
diverse range of International cuisine to suit all tastes and purses… An
open air ice rink … a gymnasium…health club…indoor swimming pool and at
weekends “night skiing” on floodlit slopes.

This attic duplex apartment in a FIVE STAR HOTEL is situated in a quiet
area of the resort but right beside the pistes and chairlifts!
Although this property is privately owned, guests are welcome to use the Hotel facilities which
include two bars and a first class restaurant & breakfast bar as well as
a health spa offering beauty treatments a Sauna and Jacuzzi. Further
information & tariffs are available from the Hotel reception.
A large split level apartment on the top two floors of this beautiful
hotel. From the entrance hall steps lead to a large comfortable open
plan living/dining area. A hatch from the separate kitchen serves the
dining area. The kitchenette was originally designed to supplement
meals taken in the hotel although the present owner has incorporated a
small oven and hob as an independent option. Opposite the kitchen the
downstairs cloakroom incorporates an extra shower to help with the rush
hour queue! Upstairs there are two double bedrooms both with twin beds
plus a further separate shower/bathroom with full bath, bidet, basin and
W.C. The inexhaustible hot water is supplied by the hotel and the
central heating can be regulated to taste by independent thermostats on
each floor.

Booking Conditions: 20% of the rental to confirm a reservation the balance payable
on arrival in the resort. On collection of the key the agency will require a safety
deposit of €120 which will be refunded with the safe return of the apartment and key.
An extra fee of €120 for administration cleaning, & linen hire is charged by the
Agency on collection of the key
